In general Synflex is a very safe product. However if you are pregnant, diabetic you should consult a doctor before you take Synflex.

In some cases (a very small percentage of people) there may be stomach upsets caused by Synflex. By splitting the dosage into two halves (taken in the morning and evening) you can avoid this.
What is the dosage of Synflex?
The recommended daily dosage of synflex for humans is 1/4 of an ounce per day of Syn-flex.It is suggested that you can double the dose to 1/2 oz. the first ten days for maximum effectiveness. If you are over 230 pounds staying with a 1/2 oz. daily dosage works more effectively.
